Hi-Lite Restaurant - Niagara Falls

This is a fantastic breakfast spot located close to the waterfalls! The diner is clean, cozy, and has a charming atmosphere. It appears to have been renovated recently. We went there for breakfast three times during our trip because we had such a wonderful experience! We noticed many locals dining there and had the same friendly waitress twice. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Give it a try, you might just become a regular too!

I had a great meal at this restaurant. The service was quick, especially considering how busy it was, and the portion sizes were generous. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food we received. The location near my AirBnB was also very convenient.

I went to this restaurant for breakfast last Saturday, May 6th. All the tables were full and the servers were doing their best to keep up with everyone's orders. The crowd was friendly and understanding for the most part, but one table was particularly impatient and caused a scene that drew everyone's attention. It was later discovered that one family member, Stacy, did not receive blueberries for her pancakes. Really? This situation was quite ridiculous and unnecessary.

Horrible experience. First time there and definitely the last. Waitress was yelling and causing a scene so the whole restaurant heard and watched. She had the nerve to swear at me then completely lied and said we were lying...way to much drama . We had to ask another waitress for more coffee as she never came back to our table Josie , you need to learn customer service skills. You were a great actress though today Then when we were leaving she said I was so bossy she felt bad for my husband lol. Because I said to him absolutely no tip for her. Never again.

The wait staff was rude racists. I went in with my daughter and her biracial friend. The wait staff ignored us for over an hour and a half. Other people came in after us and left before our orders taken. We were the only non white table. The waitress asked what else we were doing on our visit when she didn’t even ask where we were from. Just an awful experience.
