Boat House Restaurant - Niagara Falls

Le service et l'accueil sont plutôt mauvais. Nous avons pris une bière et décidéd'aller manger ailleurs.Ne reviendrai jamais et je ne recommande pas du tout.

A friend and I went for dinner. The place was not busy, only three tables of customers. The service was terrible. The server only came to take our order, serve food and bring the check. She didn't get a tip because I do not tip for the service they are already paid for.Also, the food was OK but small and the menu has become VERY EXPENSIVE!! There is almost nothing on the menu for under $12. I had a 1 piece fish and chips, that was $8.99. They wanted $4 more for one more piece? No thanks! Even then the portion was tiny - about 4 bites and it was obviously FROZEN fish that had been deep fried. It really didn't taste that great. I still can't believe how small it was. Good grief the portion of one fish at Betty's is bigger than two portions here! The salad was good.I'm not going back for expensive food that has lost all value because you don't get much. We ended up going somewhere else too because we were still hungry.

We love this place! We come here regularly with friends and family. You can't get a better deal than the Benchwarmer deal (pizza, wings, pitcher). The pizza and wings are very good. The patio is nice, not fancy, right by the water. Good for adults and kids. Everyone we have recommended it to likes it.

After cycling in Chippewa a group of us had lunch at the Boathouse. Nothing to complain about, the service was a little slow but we had advised we were not in a hurry. Most of the guys had the burgers which they all claimed was fantastic. Cooked just right, and not dried out. I had the Buffalo chicken salad which was very tasty. We will definitely be back.

Great wait staff, nice atmosphere, ....great food! A regular for the pizza take out, but also a great place for a relaxed couples dinner and fun!
