Tim Hortons - Niagara Falls

This is the most dishonest restaurant I've ever encountered. We ordered some drinks and asked if we could pay with US dollars since we had run out of Canadian dollars. They said yes. However, the server gave us our change in Canadian dollars and used a 1:1 exchange rate. When we inquired about the exchange rate they were using, they just ignored us. I would be more than willing to discuss the currency differences if they were decent and honest, but this experience was just appalling.

I typically visit this restaurant or use the drive-thru, and the staff is always very friendly! They consistently offer the best donuts, and the service is excellent and quick. The interior is spacious and inviting. I absolutely love this place! Food rating: 5/5.

We waited in the drive-thru line for half an hour, spending at least five minutes per car. By the time we reached the speaker, we had been waiting long enough for the staff to attempt to take our order three different times. They clearly knew how long we had been there, which was frustrating, and ultimately, our order was completely wrong.

The first time to publicize a star. waited 20 minutes to get food. all men before me had questions of order. problems and delays. I've seen delays at tims, but this one has beaten them all. 1/2 bagel does not utter false coffee chicken soup that has huh, but looks more like sweet, but without the sweet. Oh, boy.

2022 October 3A typical Tim Horton's you'd find everywhere. The drive through was oddly shaped, but was fine none the less, the service was fine. The staff (guy with a tattoo) at the drive through was polite.No issues.Food: 3/5
