The Western Door - Niagara Falls

Our waiter was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive, even with 7 other tables to look after. I can't recommend the drinks, as the cocktails were a bit chaotic in taste. Neither of us particularly enjoyed our drinks, but they weren't terrible. However, the food was absolutely delicious. The wagyu steak was incredible - tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection as well. The only downside was that the butter lacked salt, which was disappointing. The chocolate desserts were not of the highest quality, but they did use fresh homemade cream and the fruit was incredibly fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the cream brulee or cheesecake. The celestial sauce was out of this world. For coffee lovers, they have an amazing espresso. Definitely order a latte or a shot for a pick-me-up.

The West Door provided an exceptional dining experience. Despite not having a reservation, the staff was very accommodating and found us a table. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff. As a restaurant manager myself, I can appreciate excellent service, and The West Door delivered. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the sides and dessert were delicious. Special shoutout to Hal, the manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly and handled a difficult situation with grace when a guest attempted to cut the line. The overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend dining at The West Door.
