Starbucks - Niagara Falls

Nothing says more than “tourist trap” than not accepting the reward card of their business. I had many points or stars on my card for free coffee, but they do not accept the card. slip off! left for tims they accept their reward app.

Racist staff..I was there Aug 15 at 11:30 am at the counter..the cashier chewing a gum and talking while chewing the gum..dosent ask for our name so nothing is noted what our order was..if my husband was not standing n looking for our order then employee would have given it to Someone else..I come Toronto and Starbucks standard is much higher then Niagara Falls especially when we are paying such tourist place premium money..Please train ur staff to stop chewing gum while talking and keep a smile on ur face when u see any race in front of u..

If this place had no amazing intention, he wouldn't be business. eating is at best mediocre. I would probably skip this and only pay to get to the observation deck, as they have as good as a prospect if not better and they do not have to force the food. I think I'd have had better food in a sick house than here. the service was very good and therefore they get any stars at all.

They don't waste their money here. Instead, they simply visit the viewing deck. the prospects are great and they will not be disappointed. I can't say the same for eating. the main rib was tasteless the part, small. add insult to injuries, the sweet was tasteless underboiled. even the garlic butter could not help the eskargot. I had much better believe in black angus. this place is only for the ambiente. I'll say our server, john p., was fantastic.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, I really did. but eating was not 5 stars. the service was great and so was the view, but eating was missing taste. it's a circulating restaurant, but I didn't feel sick or anything it's very slow. At first I ordered a moosehead beer that was great. for the appetizer I had the calamari it was okay nothing from the ordinary. I ordered her ny steak, it was tasteless. I also had a side of mushrooms that tasted awfully I think they overdid it with the garlic or something, but I couldn't even eat it. the mushrooms were removed from my neck. Overall, it was not great to eat, nothing I would order again and I would not come back to eat here. that was the only thing that was spectacular. all in all I would say, pay only for the sternwart and perhaps come, have some drinks in the rotating restaurant.
