KFC - Niagara Falls

This place takes forever. I ordered the Fill up box then the lady said it will be ready In 15 minutes, so I waited outside in my car for about 45 minutes, so I went inside and said how much longer for my order and they said another 10 minutes so I went to the drive thru and they gave me my order then I went home and I look at my order and I see half of the fries missing the chicken was burnt, everything in this box was not fresh and the biscuits were stale DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY Don’t come here. The worst experience ever.

Food was great but the workers seemed hurried and annoyed by patrons. The atmosphere was very off which made a great tasting meal a little less pleasant to eat.

The lady working here was extremely disrespectful and rude. She yelled at my family and I because we complained about the food being stale and asked for replacements. She has no manners or respect for customers. The way she yelled at us and argued with us, saying extremely rude things, was honestly shocking and frightening. I highly recommend everyone to find a different KFC instead of going to this one.

The obnoxious large woman was unbelievably rude and disrespectful! Every time we tried to communicate with her, she just screamed at us and wouldn't even let us finish our sentences. This was all because we approached her to complain about the terrible burgers they served—hard as rocks and tasting like complete garbage! I absolutely wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time here!

I just had the worst experience of my fast food related life. And I used to work at McDonald's.
