Bella Vista - Niagara Falls

It was okay, the steak wasn't worth it. the waitress was very nice and the service was good.

Bar channels didn't know how to drink. chicken marsala was overboiled and dry and overpriced. no salat or brot. server was friendly.

This “restaurant” is not more than a few tables in a hotel lobby. hotel lobby kitchen! the entrees are for “out of the box food. “The spicy pasta dish was unusable. we were warned that it was spicy and we like spicy. but that was infallible. hurried and looked like a sloppy chaos! the poor server that took care of us was attentive. but when two of us were untouched, and we asked for the sack, she never asked if everything was in order. I don't think she's interested in how it was eating. it wasn't her fault, so we tipped accordingly. this place was a sweat.

Very typical of everything in Niagara Falls, NY. Eh and indifferent.

It was very disappointing from the moment u stepped in the door. Very rundown. Drinks were good but it ended there. My husband could not eat his chicken….it was uncooked and chewy….when we told our waitress all she said was sorry. I suggested that maybe they could do something about the price of the meal since he couldn’t eat it…….after checking she took off half the amount of the entree! I have been in the restaurant business and that is not how that is handled.
