Such a selection of candy and ice cream! I don't love ice cream but the family does. I did order a milk shake which was AMAZING! Workers were super friendly! The only downside was I got cracker jacks and they were totally stale and stuck together.

Great ice cream poor service. The cashier was running his mouth engaged in a casual conversation as I waited and waited for him to ring me up. The scooper ended up playing cashier. Then as more customers came in (white of course) he got back to work. I won’t be back!

The Sugaree is a local treasure! I go for the Bassetts ice cream Pomegranate Blueberry Chunk is my fave. The owners servers are all so welcoming friendly. The store offers soft ice cream old fashioned candy as well. It’s worth the trip anytime!! ?

I can only wish I remembered to take a picture of the ridiculously small portions you get in this place for the money you have to pay. I 'm not a thrifty person by any means, but it appears that price gouging is a prerequisite for this establishment.My wife asked for a small ice cream sunday and when the girl gave her the cup the look on my wifes face said it all. It basically was 2 tablespoons in a big clear cup. The ice cream was dwarfed the cup For lack of a better term $6.00 scoop was borderline hilarious, and then became very sad.I had a regular milkshake...for over 10 dollars...come on, really??And then they had asked if I wanted whipped Cream and cherry, but thats extra.. EXTRA? SERIOUSLY ? I 'm already into the world 's smallest deserts for APPROXIMATELY 20 bucks and you can 't throw in a measingly portion of whipped cream and a cherry?This is not just because of the Newtown square area cost.. this is just simply put..... Greed.There are so many wonderful ice cream polars in the delco area serving homemade gormet ice cream at reasonable prices and this one will never be one of them again.
