I had a dish of pink wine sauce with seafood and it was utterly delicious of flavor and quality seemed fresh- particularly the pasta. Several servers were impeccable with asking and telling us about (too many) specials and making sure we had enough water. Amaretto tiramisu was amazing with flavor and fluffy sweet texture. Specials would ideally be printed out on a separate mini menu or do a QR code if you can or place on website if not too difficult. Romantic setting or family friendly. Family run and they do a superb job. Contributes to make this community and area a more homier feel.

When our Caesar salads arrived, we had to ask for utensils, and they were overly drenched in dressing. We struggled to get the waiter's attention for quite some time. Eventually, five out of the six meals were served, with the chicken, eggplant, and veal Parmesan being just okay. However, the eggplant Parmesan was exceptional. After ten minutes of waiting, we had to ask the waiter about the missing sixth meal—spaghetti and meatballs. His response was dismissive, saying, "I don't know. I don't work in the kitchen." By the time it finally arrived, the rest of us had already finished our meals, leaving our friend unable to enjoy his food. To top it all off, the waiter casually approached us to ask if we wanted dessert after the issues we'd encountered. At that point, we decided to skip dessert altogether. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Vecchia Osteria.

We recently enjoyed our first visit to this charming family-owned restaurant. Upon arrival, our group of four was warmly welcomed and promptly seated. We decided to share a delicious pasta special, which featured delicate pockets of pasta stuffed with ricotta and walnuts, all coated in a creamy Alfredo sauce. We also ordered some grilled calamari, which was a hit. My wife chose a simple roasted chicken dinner, perfectly cooked, and remarked that it tasted just like her grandmother's dish from Naples many years ago. The rest of our group had veal and chicken dishes that were beautifully prepared as well. Our server, Stephanie, was attentive and friendly, adding to our enjoyable experience. Please note, it is a BYOB establishment. Overall, we left very pleased with the service, the quality of the food, and the reasonable prices.

The Rigatoni Vodka I ordered was excellent, but there were issues with the Veal Valdostana. I had requested it served over pasta and was informed that there would be a $6 upcharge for that. Really? That's actually how I wanted it. When the dish arrived, it was lukewarm, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. To make matters worse, my $6 extra pasta came in a separate bowl with no sauce. You really lost me there. Both the veal and chicken dishes had a burnt oil taste, which was disappointing. The dessert was decent, and the wine and good company rescued the evening somewhat. However, the staff needs improvement; some were even quite rude. I really wanted to love this place, but it fell short of my expectations.
