Starbucks - Newtown

I love coming to this Starbucks location prior to beginning my work day. This is supposed to be a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. I could tell it was made very quickly and lacked a few essential components (as shown in above photo). Here is what was missing from this Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino: Ground up chocolate bits/coffee beans mixed in the drink Chocolate sauce and chocolate bits on the whipped cream Hardly any whipped cream on top and no whipped cream at the base I saw the drink being made and said a prayer that it was not for me. And yet, it was. Sincerely, Crestfallen Consumer

One of the best Starbucks locations i've been in different states. Nice, neat and cozy location with the pleasant stuff. I keep going there despite the fact that we are having 2 more locations in our city ?After 2 years, this happened few times already, in the morning they are short of staff and they never have mobile orders ready even place 20-30 mins earlier.

Got attitude when I didn't Tip. Starbucks, I don't like the tip showing feature of present POS. Attendee looked twice at the display and left my heated scone out on the counter while he decided to work on another order. I only tip on excellent service and I don't know that until the order is completed. The norm is not to tip at grocery stores and the POS attendees handle much more volume. Won't be using Starbucks for the time being. Pay your employees/stop trying to shame me at the POS if I choose not to tip for whatever reason!

The wifi is spotty at times ...at least this summer...making it hard to stay here for longer periods of time.
