Guru's Indian Cuisine - Newtown

The entire staff at Gurus went beyond and beyond for a party I recently held!! Many of my guests had never eaten Indian food or had never been to Gurus. Many times during the night the guests held together how delicious the food was. Gurus is the epitome of incredible food and impeccable service. I highly recommend them and will definitely be a lifelong customer!

Best Indian food in this area by far. A view of the dining room immediately shows you the authenticity of this place. The care that goes into each court is obvious. The service is warm, friendly and efficient. Especially: the food is delicious!

Great experience, the owner is a beautiful lady, all employees were so nice. I had the lamb chicken biryani, which was very, very good. I sat at the bar, because the place looked fabulous from the kitchen. Can't say enough good things can't wait to go back when I'm in the area!

Love their food, love their staff, and this place is perfection. Truly the best Indian food I have ever had. The warmth of the staff makes you feel like family. Such a wonderful dining experience! Mango ice cream for dessert, please. Forever.
