Factory Donuts- Newtown Pa Location

I 'm a huge donut fan and I value my sleep. I found this spot on Yelp and was really looking forward to trying it. I specifically woke up early so I can start my day with some donuts and I get here at 7:50 am on a Friday and to my surprise it was closed. Lights off, doors locked, not a single soul inside. Im a bit disappointed. What baffles me is the sign even says New Store Hours and open Friday from 7 am 12pm. Like if you are going to be open for only 5 hours at least open on time like. Legitimately such a poor way to conduct business. I 've never had such an encounter ever.

Always enjoy shopping here until this past weekend. I ordered donuts through the app, paid for them, was given an order number and pickup time. When I arrived at their location, they were closed with a sign saying they are no longer open on Sundays. I've tried to call and email about this issue, but unable to get a response All I wanted was a refund. Not sure how taking customer money and not delivering a product or responding to repeated inquiries is good business but here we are.

Ordering online was way; however, they replaced donuts we ordered with other donuts ie a chocolate strawberry with GLAZED! Also, it’s nice that they are supposed to be warm and fresh, but these were so hot that you couldn’t even pick them up because they crumbled in your hands, and the icing was melted off. Spent way too much money, out of 18 donuts, we wound up throwing away about 15. Garbage!

Mediocre... the environment was very hot, so quiet you could hear a pin drop, and wait time took awhile albeit empty. Extensive donut menu and on the cakey-side of spectrum. Flavorful and sweet with a sugary crunch, but tiny and nothing blow away. Breakfast sandwiches were lackluster (microwaved eggs) and the bacon came crumbled which was bizarre. Iced coffee was decent. Not running to come back here.
