I highly recommend trying the Kara Age Fried chicken, sweet potato fries, and what I think was a pork meatball - all of them were delicious! For my main dish, I ordered the Spicy Miso with Naruto and an extra egg, and it was fantastic. The portions were generous and the broth was full of flavor. The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall experience. Our waiter was very friendly and provided excellent service. I definitely recommend dining here.
This is some of the best ramen in the Boston area, in my opinion. And honestly their green papaya salad is out of this world. The seating is super limited indoors during the cold months, but they have outdoor dining when it?s a bit warmer which willincrease your chances of getting a table a little quicker. Otherwise, you can expect a little wait since they don?t take anyreservations but it?s worth it. Such a great little spot.
I am a fan of ramen and enjoy trying out different restaurants. The broth at this particular restaurant was extremely oily and lacking in flavor. The noodles, on the other hand, had a great texture. Unfortunately, the broth is what ultimately determines the taste of the ramen, and in this case, it was lacking in flavor and had an excess of MSG. While MSG is not necessarily harmful in moderation, too much of it can cause issues. I would have liked to give this restaurant more stars, but unfortunately, I cannot.
The ramen is consistently delicious at this restaurant. The ultra ramen is a must-try with a perfect combination of flavors. The Karaage chicken makes for a tasty appetizer, with a savory breading that oddly resembles pork.
I recently visited Little Big Diner and was extremely impressed. I can't believe I hadn't been there sooner! The staff is incredibly friendly, fun, and laid-back. They are very accommodating for those with Celiac disease, and I can't praise the food enough. The papaya salad was a standout dish for me. I adore the cozy atmosphere of the small restaurant and the relaxed vibe. If you haven't been, you're missing out! It's always bustling, but every moment there is worth it. A tip for those planning to visit: due to its small size, it's best to bring a group of four people or fewer. It's a fantastic spot for a date night to enjoy a quick and delicious meal before drinks or other activities. Cheers!
