I didn’t know rice was supposed to be hard. Last 2 times I picked up my order, the rice was uncooked.

Absolutely terrible!!! the service is the worst service i have ever come across. i ordered a bowl on the app and it was confirmed. i got there and they told me “no one is here. no one is working on your bowl. callchipotle” they were rude and careless. never coming here again.

Most simple job, to put the ingredients a person asks for into a burrito or bowl. Got not chicken in my chicken burrito, and no chips or guacamole in my order. Thank you for not getting the main thing on my order correct.
