This place has been closed for repairs for weeks, but they have confirmed our reservation and confirmed. very disappointed!

The restaurant was closed. we were not told about the closure, but on a cold, snow-covered evening with young children and our sons and dils, only to find another place to eat. the open table would have informed us or not allowed us to make this reservation. very bad experience.

They have the reservation but when I was there they were closed why would they guarantee a reservation for a restorer that is closed?

Platz was closed for renovation. no reason why they have accepted the reservation. last time I try bertuccis.
