Friar Tucks - Newry and Mourne

I 've visited this place at least 3 times now It 's a great family friendly place to eat. All the food I 've had has been delicious and probably beyond your average fast food I consider it value for money and look forward to coming back when visiting the local area

I am increasing my rating to 5 stars once more. They cook the food exactly how you request it, which is all you can ask for the price. The food has remained consistent for decades. The staff at FT's has always been great.

Located in the heart of town, this restaurant has been serving delicious meals at affordable prices for years. Their milkshakes are undeniably one of the best I've ever had.

I used to visit this restaurant often years ago. However, it seems that the portion sizes have decreased significantly. The dining area was drafty, especially due to the breezey fire door next to our table. Even sitting farther away from it didn't help. The portions, which used to be ample, now left me wanting more. The restroom was not well-maintained and left me feeling dirtier than when I walked in. I only visited because Maya Cafe was closed, but I won't be returning to this restaurant.

We got the chicken supreme meal. The curry/gravy (not too sure what the sauce is) is EXTREMLY salty, but apart from that, the flavour is there. Without so much salt, i would give the extra star. The chips are fab. My son loved the chicken burger meal.
