Viking Burger - Newport News

Viking Burgers completely blows 5 Guys out of the water for me! I had the Orkanhauger with the added Viking Sauce, and wow! After that first bite, I don’t think I stopped until I finished the last one! This is definitely our new go-to burger place! The staff is incredibly friendly and makes it a fun experience. If you haven’t tried this spot yet, you absolutely need to seek it out and do so!

My son, who lives in the area, took us to this little gem of a restaurant. It may be small and unassuming, but the food is fantastic. I really enjoyed my burger and onion rings. I highly recommend this place! I just wish there was one in Hixson, TN.

If I were Daniel Bryan, all I'd be able to say is YES YES YES! The food was fantastic, and there’s an exciting selection of burgers, ranging from the Ragnar Undressed to the Angry Odin. Next time, I’m definitely going to try the Hellheim with the Spitfire sauce. The staff was amazing, and since it was our first visit, they brought us samples of various sauces to try. The dining area is quite small, so you may have to wait a little, but I assure you it’s worth it. I would have loved to enjoy a beer with my burger, so hopefully that will be possible in the future. Thank you, everyone—great job!

My husband came here for dinner for first time yesterday. First of all, if the smell from the street isn 't enough to get you to come in, I don 't know what will. We placed an order for pick up and OH BOY! this menu is AMAZING! I 've never been to a burger place with more creative options or versatility. You want mac 'n 'cheese on your burger? Done. A fried egg? Got it. Ghost Pepper cheese? Bring it ON! The customer service was by far the best and most informative we have ever had. He was very friendly, gave great recommendations and tips about ordering and, because it was our first visit, let us try the delicious 'Viking Sauce. ' My husband and I were so happy with our meal and we can 't wait to come back again. I want to try everything on the menu!!

The freshest meat and ingredients; awesome ghost pepper cheese; *very* generous portion of fresh fries (using potatoes they prep themselves right there, nothing frozen), great service and attitude. Unflappable even in the face of a boatload of customers. Best burger in all of Newport News that I've ever had, and I've lived here since 2005.
