Toto Pho Boil - Newport News

I absolutely loved it! The poke bowls and pho were both incredibly delicious. Our waiter was excellent, and we can’t wait to come back and try the seafood boils!

The best pho experience I've ever had! I've never had such a generous amount of food for such an affordable price.

We began our lunch with some delightful bubble teas—one green tea and the other Thai tea. They paired well with two appetizers: a shrimp roll wrapped in rice accompanied by a fantastic peanut dipping sauce, and baked tofu served with a sweet and sour sauce. The tofu was cooked to perfection, although the sauce was just average. I asked for more peanut sauce and found myself in tofu heaven! Additionally, my spouse ordered a lunch box featuring grilled chicken. The fresh salad was delicious, and the plate was nicely complemented by the vermicelli and fried egg roll. Overall, the food was beautifully presented, and we highly recommend this place as an alternative to American fare. The atmosphere was ideal for a quiet lunch, set in a tastefully decorated environment.

Food here is delicious. I will be bold enough to say that my friend and I prefer to come here over Mr. Boil and Pho79. The quality, service, prices, and value exceeds your expectations in every way. We definitely found our new favorite spot for Poke bowls and Pho noodles.

We decided to drive out to Newport News for some pho after having no luck finding any places we liked in Hampton. This place was so cute! They played great music, and the decor/ ambiance was so nice. Customer service was awesome. Our server seemed to be working alone and he was very attentive and friendly. Our food was so yummy; we ordered the crispy spring rolls.. the best I’ve ever had! I think I could eat an order alone. Our pho was delicious as well! We will be back!
