Taco Bell - Newport News

I ordered two Number 2 meals with no tomato and two Frische Fiesta Potatoes. Initially, there was a mix-up at the window with a staff member, but it was quickly resolved. However, when I got home, I realized that they had only given me three chalupas instead of four, all with tomato, and the potatoes were missing the sour cream. I tried calling the restaurant three times to alert them, but no one answered. Hopefully, this review will bring attention to the issue.

They didn't include meat in my crispy wrap, which is unacceptable. They also added salad to 4 tacos without my request. They completely messed up my order, resulting in a terrible experience. I will be calling to complain. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

I stop for a meal during my trip once or twice a week and have never been disappointed for several months. Other customers seem to feel the same way, as the line is always long but moves quickly. Even if it looks like the line wraps around the building, the wait time is always reasonable, usually around 5 minutes. I have never received an incorrect order and I always order something from the menu. The staff is fast, friendly, and accurate. Highly recommended!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered online and they literally hired it to prepare order and then waited for an hour so that they avoid the work and say they are already closed. Now it's over 2 hours and I have to find out something else when they wait until everything is closed now. there were not the problems with this place. make one please and drive the war god 5-10mins to the other place

The beefy melt burrito toasted is definitely the best but the first best is the chicken chipotle ranch burrito absolutely outstanding.
