Slow food and horrible service. They got my order wrong because the black Nigeria don’t know what she’s doing.

The customer service I receive at this McDonald's is impeccable. The gentleman running the drive through are so kind and efficient even at 6 in the morning. I didn't catch the gentleman running the cash registers name but he called me by name after he swiped my card and had a mask on and the gentleman that handed me my food asked me if I needed any condiments I believe his nametag said Tracey. I will and would drive out of my way to come to this particular McDonald's! Also the food was extremely fresh and the ice coffee was perfect. Thank you

I had the best experience at this McDonalds location, its' been a week since I visited and I had to make sure that they were publicly recognized. The General Manager, Shameka, made sure I had the easiest order experience. I had over 12 orders 5 mins before dinner time and she went above and beyond to make sure that each meal was bagged individually. As soon as my colleague and I walked into the store we were greeted multiple times and Marvon, one of the team members made sure that were was taken care of and helped us to the car with our large order. Thank you to Shameka, Marvon, and the McDonalds team for leading with kindness and professionalism. Our organization will definitely be purchasing from this business again. Keep up the great work guys, it matters!

If you can't get an order of fries correct and you can't make a hot sandwich. Then why even have a restaurant at all? It just amazes me how many people truly put no effort into their job.

I asked for a McDouble with no pickles. I was charged for 2 McDoubles- and both has
