Przekaż informację zwrotnąI just got home with my large three-topping pizza, and I have to say it was quite disappointing. The pizza was very dry and overcooked, which was frustrating since I was really hungry. I don’t think I’ll be going back, and honestly, I would like a refund.
The pizza arrived promptly, and the order was exactly as we requested, piping hot. We will certainly be ordering from here again!
The service was quite slow, and the food was greasier than usual, but we all have our off days. The staff was very courteous about the delays. Personally, I'm not a fan of Domino's, but my wife enjoys it, so we'll definitely return.
On top of that, I encountered an employee who visibly didn’t want to be there, and the delivery driver also had a poor attitude. Given the terrible customer service I received, I should have just asked for a refund. I’ve tried to place orders before, only to be told that they wouldn’t deliver to my neighborhood, which is false since I live within walking distance of the store. It’s clear that they weren’t willing to do their jobs properly. If customer service isn’t what they want to do, perhaps these employees should consider roles that don’t involve interacting with the public.
I ordered eight wings but only got seven, and the lid of our pizza box was also dented.
