The ice cream is not firm enough, ordered a blizzard, and before I could park in the parking lot, it had started to turn to soup, The lady making blizzards is unsure what goes in a Hawaiian blizzard because I never get nuts which is suppose to be in it, may have to start going to the Grafton store they have firm ice cream.

I am disabled. Although my mobility scooter doesn't really fit inside this restaurant, they are always happy to take my order at the drive-thru. I love to see the employees always smiling when I come through. That's how you know they really enjoy what they do. The food is always great. On the super rare occasion that an order is incorrect, they never hesitate to take care of me. I do wish the top brass would invest the money it takes to fix the parking lot and drive-thru. It's worth it. This is my whole family's favorite spot. Awesome all the way around. Bear approved

Today 8/31/24 at 1:10pm. I went in to get two milkshakes like I usually do every weekend. Everyone seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. This lady at the counter failed to make a chocolate milkshake. One of the employees started eating in front of the counter after getting mad about an order not being taken care of. It was not busy at the time. It didn’t seem to be a staffing issue, everyone just seemed to be confused on what they needed to be doing at the time.

Either you love DQ or you don’t, still my favorite spot for ice cream on a hot day.
