Chipotle Mexican Grill - Newport News

Excellent food! Thank you for providing fresh, non-gmo food! This restaurant is located near work, and we are very happy with the service. When there was an error, the staff went above and beyond to correct it. Very pleased.

Pretty disappointed. I haven?t had chipotle in a while, and wish I went elsewhere. I was really patient and was really nice, but the person making my bowl was too busy talking and laughing with his coworkers and just made me awkwardly stand there and wait for him to listen to what else I wanted on the bowl (mid order? imagine the awkwardness). There was almost nothing to choose from except pico and corn. It was a mess and there were more than enough staff working.

Quick bite at Patrick Henry mall chipotle location. The worst chipotle restaurant I have been so far. My steak was cold, and my wife?s burrito wrap was ripped almost in half while the staff was wrapping the burrito, so she double wrapped it. At least have the courtesy to ask if double wrapping was okay with my wife which my wife didn?t prefer. The restaurant felt somewhat dirty. The toilet bowl had old feces. Also, the employees were not friendly. Talking loud, laughing, talking with other coworkers about personal issues while serving customers, conversing about other customer purchases in front of customers. The management team needs to revamp the whole staff and shift supervisors. (We couldn?t tell if supervisor was present during our visit- That?s not good). Their professionalism was almost to non existence. Like they were at family reunion dishing out food. This was our first time visiting and will be our last time. Never had an experienced like this at other chipotle location in the past. Just shameful and unfortunate.

The one is only cause the food is good. But service, cleanliness, attitude, all garbage!!!! They are always rude and seem to be annoyed with their customers. They always rush everyone so food is always flying all over the place when they serve. Their serving area looks like a war zone all the time. It always seem chaotic here. But we do come often so food is worth coming back. Just the personnel make it u comfortable all the time. Wish they acted like they cared to work there.

I ordered door dash from this location. I opened the bowl and at first was disappointed with the fact that it wasn?t as full as normal, but as I started eating it was clear that this location had gotten the ingredient ratio science down to an art. I have had 100+ chipotle bowls in my life. The one I just ate may very well be the BEST IVE EVER HAD. Thanks for the delicious lunch. <3
