Trattoria Mediterranean Cuisine

Very small rustic restaurant on Balboa Island main road Marine. Run by owners and usually quite busy, so make reservations. Food is pretty good, fresh pasta and a great menu. Service is not super fast; but, Efficent. The only drawback is that there is no toilet room in the restaurant and has to go down a alley. We were here a few times and enjoyed it.

Great food, great ambience. I came back to an Italian holiday. Pasta is great and the Tiramisu... so silly and just smiling.

This is a really sweet little place in Newport. We had a delicious Chianti and our ducks were delicious. We recommend the lobster ravioli and chicken Trattoria.

Family business with exceptional food!! A must when you visit Balboa! The restaurant reminds me of small restaurants in Europe with a great menu and all the dishes with great taste. Small wine map, but high quality with a good selection of prices.

Very small but authentic making for a great personal experience. Everyone was kind and attentive. Small menu but honestly makes a choice fast and no matter what you get it will be great.
