I was here a few times, my impression was the French pommes on the spot. we were very impressed for the first time. but our youngest visit to my sweet potato fryers was a bit overcooked, and the regular fries were cold as if it was sitting out. even my top back was cold to touch. maybe a bad/busy day. they were gracious to change my pommes. in the rule we get the “onion” burger. burgers are cooked according to their preference we love. they also have a large selection of beers. the staff is always friendly and helpful. there is always a game on the tw if they wanted to catch a game while eating there.

I was at the location newport and rsm several times because eating is great. I would say a total of 15 times and each. single. if they get my order wrong. Sometimes it's small things, and sometimes it's all things. I need to pick it up now and check everything to find out what is missing or wrong. again, eating is great, but they need to find out what's going on with the process.

These burgers and pommes are not sweat. that's great, what I can say.

The burgers here are the best! they can adapt them as they like them. they also have a lot of sauces to choose and eating comes hot and fast. this is my place for burger!

I got a chicken Chinese Salad no Chicken add avocado. I don’t understand why the cashier Natalia is charging me for avocado Im not getting chicken and Im paying for it. why don’t you swap the chicken for avocado. Doesn’t make any sense and when I complain she doesn’t even ask the manager. I know the cashier can write a note in the receipt. If this is how you do business I will not come back.
