Everything was amazing! The service was great and the food was delicious. San Shi Go holds a special place in my heart and will forever be one of my top sushi favorites in OC. They were a recommendation from a friend and definitely did not disappoint. The ambiance was casual and intimate at the same time, we had a table secluded from others. Can't wait to come back!

Really enjoyed the omakase experience here sitting at the bar with the chef. All the fishes were very fresh and service was also great. You get that authentic Japanese sushi feels here.

Wow. I thought I LOVED sushi before but this place just took it up to a whole nother level. I'm still in awe at how amazing this meal and whole experience was! Starting from the service, everyone was so kind, polite, and attentive to us from the moment we stepped through the door. They pushed our seats in, were constantly refilling our sake glasses throughout the night, and explained all of the dishes to us with so much care. Now the food. How can words even describe how phenomenal every single dish was? Our sushi chef was Yoshi and he did an amazing job, even catered the meal to our likings and preferences. It's like learning to eat for the first time and trying new flavors you've never tasted before, every single dish is genuinely a treat. My stomach was so happy and full by the end of the night, I def had a hard time stopping myself from eating more since it was so good.I know it can be somewhat daunting to be dropping for omakase, but this place is definitely SO. WORTH. IT. Will definitely be coming back again and again.

Hands down, best omakase I've ever had in my life. Let the pics speak for themselves and thank me later! Everything was so fresh, delicious worth every single penny. I've tried countless other omakase spots before, but San Shi Go takes the cake.

I made a reservation for this location and arrived a bit early, I was greeted by the owner who was extremely friendly and seated us right away. We opted to go with an omakase meal at the sushi bar. The food presentation is beautiful but more importantly to me the quality is unmatched in OC. The chef was interactive with us and asked for preferences. The Sweet Shrimp and Amberjack here are phenomenal. We have now visited three times and had very consistent service quality!
