Lighthouse Cafe - Newport Beach

Great place to meet and eat! eating is good, the ambiente is unpaid and on a good day you can see how wonderful newport beach really is.

I have reserved with my two daughters dinner. we were very disappointed! my daughter and I tried to share the lobster role. it was so bad that we both spit out our first bite. I let the waiter know it had a very bad taste. he instead offered to replace it for a $6.00 dessert. Never was the lobster $17. I'm not going back. when we reserve the dinner, we commented that it was my birthday, but no mention of it was made. my mistake to try something new for my birthday.

Monday afternoon 15 o'clock a personal meeting, a waitress for the entire restaurant. she did an excellent work, but service, including the chef showed. we ordered two items in the menu, just to say that they were not currently available. the clam chowder suppe and a design beer, disappointing. the salads were good, the fish and chips were boiled uneven, the pasta was good, full of garnel and chourzo. it ordered mild and glad.

Eating was in order, the waitress was good enough. we were asked to go from the manager after 2 hours, somehow understandable, as we were only 6 people (not enough I guess) but still not the best experience. definitiw will not go back.

Beautiful decor, attentive staff, great menu, good for kids, good pricing. Will definitely be back.
