Gracias Madre Newport - Newport Beach

The atmosphere is really lovely, but the food is only average. The drinks, however, were excellent!

We've been visiting this restaurant since it first opened as Gratitude Kitchen Bar, and we keep coming back not only for its delicious and healthy organic plant-based dishes but also for the wonderful atmosphere. Last week, our experience got even better when we met the current general manager, Tory, who remembered us from her time at True Good Kitchen in Newport Beach. She is incredibly personable and focused on customer service. We're also pleased to see that the menu has evolved in a way that we really enjoy. We love Gracias Madre and will definitely continue to support it.

As always, I had a wonderful experience. The food and drinks were excellent!

The table set up for two people was absurd. Almost half the table was obstructed by the sofa's arm, and they expected us to sit uncomfortably close to another party sharing the same couch. Whoever arranged the seating needs to have their head checked. Additionally, we were served the wrong food initially. Fortunately, the food was excellent once we received our correct orders!

Delicious Vegan Mexican food. Everything was very flavorful. The ambience is great. Service was excellent. Multiple servers continued to make sure we were happy and refill drinks. I love how you can light candles and write a prayer.Vegetarian options: Everything is Vegan.
