Chick-fil-a - Newport Beach

ORDERING ONLINE will take over 20 minutes! First time I did it I thought there was a delay in the system. Then every time I would come the staff would say the same thing . .your order just showed up online . I don 't usually come here during rush hour so not sure what the delay is. Anyway . Don 't place your order online and expect your order to be ready when you come.

I will never go back!Badly food poisoning with grilled chicken.I called them right away, it didn’t seem like they where all that concerned.The grilled chicken was all i ate that day.About one hour later bad cramps .Within those two days i threw up 21 times.I went to urgent care, they confirmed food poisoning.I called back chick filet told them again they sent my number to an out of state insurance company that said maybe I had other stomach issues.Bottom line they didn’t want to reimburse me for my doctor bills.Very sad because I always have liked this company.
