This normally isn 't an issue, except there literally was a dog running around inside! This place has Kentucky Bourbon Ale on tap, which is awesome, but the ambiance and service left much to be desired.
I guess I'm a glutton for punishment or maybe I need a regular redneck fix, hey it's fun! The bartenders usually seem like they are drinking with the patrons and even on weeknights I've walked into a party in progress. The crowd is a mid twenty to mid forty mix of locals usually shooting billiards in the side room or listening to a half decent cover artist sing Stairway to Heaven. Red headed sluts and Budweiser flow freely and I've ended up slightly inebriated there on more than one occasion. This isn't an establishment that I'd feel comfortable becoming a regular at, I'm too stuck up but it's kind of like a junk food bar. Occasionally I give in and enjoy something cheap, full of empty calories and bad for myself. Hey it's fun! They also have the coolest logo on the block.
Went to the Liars Club on a whim the other night, one of those we drove by it and decided to stop in for a drink experiences. It was shockingly empty for a Saturday night but then again we weren't looking for anywhere too crazy so that worked out. The place appears to be dog friendly, or at least it was on this night. The beer selection was decent, I had a couple of beers that I had never heard of which is kind of uncommon for me. The bourbon on the rocks a friend ordered was a very generous pour for the cost only $6 for a tumbler that was pretty well filled. Free pool is always a hit for me and there was an amusing bowling game in the corner that I had never seen before. The clientele were...interesting. There was a rather unusual conversation about the best way to intimidate someone with a knife that was a little uncomfortable but ended with laughter instead of injury or tears. I would consider coming here again but it certainly hasn't become a regular spot.
You told me you didn't ever rowThen I stuck you in a boat with oars and it turns out you Duro.
I bought a 1000 bags for a craft fair and to do my own DIY craft project for these craft fairs, wedding favors and for customizing gift bags.
