Pacific Kitchen At Nye Beach - Newport

Went to the Oregon Coast to celebrate my birthday. My sister and I ended up at this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The food was so well prepared and our waiter was so attentive to our needs! They put us in a little corner so we could talk and have fun. I got the tenderloin and prawn pasta. Highly recommend getting the garlic toast so that you can get all the creamy goodness of the sauce! My sister got the Oregon flat iron steak which was grilled to perfection. She was very impressed with how well prepared the vegetables were. They were tender but still crunchy. We both enjoyed the molten lava chocolate cake with ice cream!! Perfect way to top off a perfect dinner. The murals on the wall are worth coming in just to take a look at them but treat yourself to something to eat as you won't be disappointed! Definitely coming back the next time we're in Newport.

The menu is simple, borderline scant. However the tenderloin pasta was done very well. Comforting really. The wild chinook salmon would good if it weren't so over cooked. A friend enjoyed the fish tacos. Enjoyable view.

We ordered the clams, calamari, crab cakes, halibut fish n chips, and the boys ordered pizza. The service was great and the food was delicious; it did not disappoint one bit! The ambiance was laid back and casual. We will be back when we make our annual trip to the coast.

We chose this place because the hubs wanted the marionberry salad. Not much else GF. I had the sliders which were very good. Nice atmosphere and great service. We will go there again next summer.
