Mcdonald's - Newport

This place needs to closed PERMANENTLY!The food is always cold, I’ve never had an order that was correct, ordered a large fry and the fry box was less than 1/2 full. There was so much mustard on the cheeseburger it was all over the paper, wasn’t fit to eat. And the employees are RUDE!!!!I called once I got home and nobody answers the phone, I waited 30 minutes called again and no answer. What a way to run a business.If the employees don’t like their job then find one you do like.

Literally give this place the benefit of the doubt all the TIME!! We have never gotten the sauces we asked for we hardly get the RIGHT amount of nuggets and the people there are pretty much all incompetent. They pull you up for two Fries and some how the order is still incorrect? Like this is coming from someone who go worked fast food for years had similar mistakes but, still tried to do better. Like how y’all gonna give us some hard nuggets that I KNOW should’ve been tossed from under that fry light probably a half a hour ago. Do better y’all. Like y’all work for $15 a hour y’all can try.

I went to this one around 7pm and the doors were locked. I thought that was unusual but had to go through the drive thru to pick up a doordash order.

Absolutely horrible service. Fails to ring people up at the drive thru even after taking your order. Would not recommend.
