Dunkin' - Newport

Worst Dunkin’ ever this is now the third time they have made my order wrong RIGHT INFRONT OF ME. How hard is it I ask for no whip and light ice AND THEN I ask again to make sure they heard me and they repeat my order back to me and they still make it wrong. I just don’t get it I really don’t.

Going by my most recent experience, today, I'm surprised by the very low rating for this Dunkin location. I suspect they do brisk business, despite being next door to a dentist!I went this morning (waited until after my dental appointment, of course), put in my order online from the parking lot, rather than deal with the drive-thru, as I wanted to take a look inside. It's clean spacious, with plenty of seating, a good deal of which was in use around 9:30 a.m. I went with a breakfast sandwich, a bagel, cold drink, all of which were prepared correctly. I was in out faster than expected staff I interacted with were helpful welcoming. I'd go back.

Rude hateful and very unprofessional behavior and attitude towards customers who come through the drive through more then ten plus times a week and don’t go in the store OFTEN, this has happened 6 times in three days

This is my absolute favorite Dunkin' Donuts! They get it right and on time every single time! Everybody there is friendly. This is my happy place!!
