Cervesas Southwest Grill - Newport

I was extremely dissatisfied with the portion size considering the price at this restaurant. I ordered a medium steak fajitas with no rice, requesting extra peppers and onions which I did not receive. The amount of food for $13.99 was outrageous. Additionally, I paid $7.99 for chips and queso, only to receive a container that was half empty. The salsa was overly sweet. Overall, my experience for dinner was disappointing. Average price per person: $20-30. Food rating: 2 out of 5. Service rating: 5 out of 5.

Outstanding Tex-Mex restaurant with excellent service. We dined in for lunch and the price per person was between $1-10. Highly recommend trying the Fried Ice Cream, Chimichanga, Guacamole, and Fajitas. The restaurant has plenty of parking available, including a free parking lot.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this restaurant, despite its run-down appearance. The building could definitely use some renovations, but the food was delicious. It seems like a profitable venture for the owners. The service was excellent, and I would recommend this place for a nice dinner. It costs around $20-30 per person. The food and service both get a 5-star rating, but the atmosphere only gets a 1.

In the past few years I have always wanted to go here, but my visit was disappointing to say the least. Fajitas should come out with sizzling strips of steak peppers and onions. It's part of the experience, the sounds, and the smells. Instead of came out with a few chunks of beef and a very limited supply of peppers and onions. The giant tortillas didn't make it anymore appetizing, especially when they added rice in the so-called hot skillet. My friend had a chimichanga that was literally charred on the ends, and another person we went with, hers, was cold. The atmosphere is nonexistent. I am a visitor here and the others are locals. We won't be back.
