Tried to explain my issues and frustration to be told I was the rude. Gave up and left with no order. Makes no difference to them but I won’t be returning. I can see from other reviews I’m not the only one to have had issues with service at this restaurant which really says it all really. A refresh on customer service training is needed!
Stopped off at the drive thru on my way home. When I started eating my burger I noticed this long hair strand coming out of my burger. I tried to contact the store but they never replied.
Working over the road and this place has had no coffee for over a week now keep asking when it will be back to normal and the staff reply is there waiting for the machine to be fixed. I would have thought somebody up in higher management would have sorted it by now , they must be loosing a fortune !!
This was my third time visiting, and each time seems to be worse than the last. This McDonald's is the worst I have ever been to. The staff hardly speak English, which makes ordering very difficult. The service is incredibly slow, items were unavailable, and incorrect items were served. Overall, the experience was extremely poor.
Why do they always have to clean out their milkshake and McFlurry machines before 9pm? It's either you're open or not. The service has been consistently poor lately.
