A Touch Of Spice - Newport

I ordered a delivery takeaway from this restaurant for the first time and I will not be ordering again. I called at and was told the order would be ready in an hour. It actually took an hour and a half, which was not ideal but manageable. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when I discovered that a meal was missing from my order. When I called to inform them, I was told it was my mistake and that I would have to pay for it again. Despite already having paid the driver and even tipping him, the restaurant staff refused to acknowledge the error. I can tolerate longer wait times, especially given the current circumstances, but I cannot overlook poor customer service. A simple apology would have made a world of difference.

I placed an order and was told it would be ready in a certain timeframe. I called a few times to check on the status. When I picked up my food, it was okay. The curries were okay, not great. They were warm but not really hot, so I probably won't order from here again. Sorry.

Take away. Quick service, piping hot food and absolutely delicious. Top quality meat and the most authentic mix of fresh vegetables and spices. Definitely recommend.

Ordered meal at was told delivery will be hour called them and half hours later to be told it would be another mins called again mins later and was told that I had received meal and paid for it whickh...did not happen very poor service very disappointed with what WAS a good curry house

We have just enjoyed a takeaway, it was delivered more or less when expected, piping hot and extremely delicious , would highly recommend.
