Tokyo Japanese Steak House - Newnan

First of all this waitress Ivy was racist. She was rude and never came back on her own to check on our table. The section we were in was all white families and couples. We watched her run back and forth serving them when I flagged her down she was superrude and ignored my gesture. Finally an more mature waitress came over and helped my table. Considering I don?t eat out much Iwill not be returning and my coworkers said they would not be back either. I placed an to go order and was given the wrong meala waste of time and money

Portions were huge and flavors were spot on. The sushi being so large we had to cut them in half to even eat which is kind of hard to do without it falling apart so that was the only down fall.

We love the food and service. Atmosphere is also comfortable. We enjoyed the hibachi dinner. Very entertaining and food was cooked to perfection.

This was one of my worst restaurant lunch experiences I have had in all of Newnan, Georgia. Tokyos staff could have carried less about us being in the restaurant. There were 3 waiters and 2 head cooks behind the bar and one waitress. From the time we satdown the service was super cold. The quickly rushed us to order. Brought the smallest portion of yum yum sauce for the table forthe hibachi we ordered. When we ran out of drinks and sauce we looked around to try to get someone's attention and they were allat the bar on their cell phones and not carrying that they even had customers. Which we were the only ones at 11:30. Now I knowwhy..... do not go here at all because our food was not even hot and we were only given one drink.

I ordered lunch special to go, the chicken hibachi with fried rice, they charge 1.99 more for the fried rice and didn't give me the soup said included in the meal. The fried rice didn't taste good, the chicken was not very good either. Wish I can returnit.
