Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Newnan

We waited in line for 30 minutes just to order rice and mac and cheese, and they gave us the wrong drinks. I felt like I wasted my time and money at this restaurant and will never go back again. To make matters worse, they had a bad attitude.

Worst customer service ever! They always mess up my orders and can't even give correct change when you pay. Watch out, they might try to cheat you.

The food is tasty, but every time I order from this restaurant, they forget to include a dipping sauce with my meal.

Ordered 3 pieces meal. the chicken was fried so hard on the outside and not completely cooked on the inside. the taste was bland. the new Orleans contract was delicious.

The lobby is still not open. I don't want to wait in the drive thru and burn up my gas. However, the food was very good.
