We recently moved from Woodbridge to NewMarket and love Italian food and pizzeria. I was at Zucca’s restaurant personally 3 times and every time it got worse and worse with their service and food, especially last time I was totally unacceptable. On a Thursday evening, which was the only guest in the restaurant at 7 p.m., we were served our order incorrectly when we asked to change it, as we did not eat pork they left us waiting for a total of 40 minutes, think this was their slowest time, as mentioned we were the only guests in the restaurant. When I started eating the Ponzo, I noticed that it was missing the chicken inside, but the server was unapologetic said that the cook says he added it, although I showed it to her that it wasn't there and she has to take into the kitchen to show the cook and came back to say that it should go. Finally, we had a toddler crying for their pizza, which was also late, but there were no excuses after asking for the bill that I noticed that they could not regret for the mistakes they had made, nor were they recognized by one of them. To round it off, I was charged the full price, although I lacked the toppings in my Ponzo and made the mistake on our pizza with pepper salad, which kept us waiting for our second pizza for 40 minutes.

Incredibly tasty giant Panzerotti. Crispy, not too oily and stuffed with sauce and cheese and toppings of your choice. The spaghetti and meatballs were also great. Will definitely be back!
