Mcdonald's - Newland

For a fast food place service is slow, most people are using drive thru. Wherever their lettuce comes from they need a new source I've started telling them to not put lettuce on my sandwiches to avoid uh stomach issues couple hours later. And if a sandwich gets mayo spread it on not just a blob on one side. People working there don't seem to care about quality or customer satisfaction. Yesterday was the last straw, fries saturated in salt rude lady at counter took 10 minutes for them to get me fries exchanged. Another customer told me they served him sandwich the meat was gross on part and as he waited at drive thru one of the girls preparing food licked her fingers

We went inside to eat. No one came to the front counter to take our order. I finally got someone's attention and she ignored me and just stood in front of the fry station. We are not from this area and have NEVER been treated like this at any other McDonald's locations. I spoke with the manager and she was hateful. We walked out and will not be back if we are in Newland. Very poor customer service!!

McDonald's just isn't what it used to be..... Best part of McDonald's is the french fries.

Slowest service ever, waited 30 min in drive thru while watching the manager and staff play around and gossip, food was mildly cold and it was obvious they just scraped the onions off and already made burger

Seemed like only one front staff worker, and one kitchen worker was working, and the double fish filet was cool to the touch.
