Ming Moon - Newington

Ming Moon in Newington, CT 06111 is not the same restaurant it used to be since it now has new ownership. I walked in to pick up my food and the cook was literally sneezing right over the food that he prepared and put it in the container. The cashier was also coughing while she cashed me out. I ended up not taking the food because I said I didn’t feel safe eating the food since had just been prepared by the same cook who was sneezing into food. I hope this place gets new ownership soon and can clean things up. Such a sad situation ????

I had spare ribs and it was done 10/10 and meat was fresh and delicious also I got white rice with it was perfect i do recommend !!!

Delicious food. We frequently get takeout from there. Parking: Lit in shopping plaza where restaurant is located. Several spaces specifically reserved for their patrons. Plenty of other parking also available.

I've been coming here for years. Always a great experience from the workers to the food and the cleanliness. Highly recommend! The food is always delicious!

I am so angry at this restaurant that I am beyond the beyonds. I stopped in today to order the lunch special of spareribs with the bone, white rice and wonton soup, plus an egg roll. I purchased this for my dinner not for lunch. So when I opened the container and looked at the spare ribs there were three, small ribs that looked like charcoal briquets. How they could have the nerve to serve this to a customer I don't know. I couldn't bring them back to show them, I was starving and especially looking forward to having a delicious dinner. When I ordered my lunch order the woman behind the counter told me it would take 15 minutes for the spareribs to cook so I went for a walk. Fifteen minutes maybe for fresh ribs but not for OLD ones they were reheating. I won't be ordering from Ming Moon in the future.
