Price per head seems cheap compare to other AYCE kbbq around, but wait till you get your check with a mandatory 15% gratuity for all parties (or 18% for 5 or more). I had also asked for tofu soup three times, never got it. I was then told we had way toomuch leftovers...hence, the reason I never got the soup (they charge for any leftover food). For 2 adults, 2 children ages 10and below, lunch time, we paid $120 . Also, the grill isn't the best. Expect to have oil splatters on your clothes. I wouldrather spend $2 more per person elsewhere, like Charcoal Kbbq.

The only positive aspect of the place is its spaciousness. Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh this benefit. The service was unfriendly, especially from the older staff, and they only provided one grill for the entire meal with no option for a change. The grill was oddly designed, intended only for fat to slide down, and it didn't function well. The quality of the meat was average at best; the ribeye had minimal marbling, the short ribs were cut too thick, and the belly lacked sufficient fat, making it taste almost like round steak. The sauces were bland, and they have a policy of charging full price for leftover food. Additionally, they included a 15% gratuity on the bill but still left a line for additional tips. Overall, I definitely won’t be returning, as there are much better Korean BBQ options available in SCV.

Our waitress was incredibly helpful and attentive. The portion sizes are generous! The all-you-can-eat option is absolutely worth it! I will definitely be returning.

To make matters worse, I left my son's little toy car behind when we finished our meal. I went back just after they had cleared our table, and the server claimed she didn't see anything. I didn’t even tell her what I was looking for! It was so frustrating, especially since we've been loyal customers for three years and it's just a toy! I left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.

I dont know why other peoples reviews are so low! This is the best place for Korean BBQ! The staff are very nice! Food is delicious! Their bulgogi is amazinggg! 10/10 recommended!
