I used flames quite a lot. But I’ve found out there customer service is terrible and they really don’t care about there customers. Which is a shame cause when there food is good it’s good. Although on occasions the chips can even be bad or don’t put cheese on chips when that’s what’s paid for. I had an issue last week where the food had to be cancelled and I’ve still not been refunded. I ordered at 1740 I was in work for 1900 so left plenty of time the food turned up at 1825 great. I opened it and it was the wrong food delivered. On the delivery I had the address and telephone number of the where it should’ve gone. I phoned the shop to say if you can get hold of the driver now he may be able to come back now and switch. They said they would get another to me within 10 minutes so I said it’ll have to be quick because I have work at 1900 so I waited 15 minutes it hadn’t come so I phoned them at 1840. They said it’s just about to leave it’ll be with you in 5. I said I’m not being funny it should’ve been here 5 mins ago if it gets here in 5 I have 15 minutes to eat it and get to work I don’t have time. So they said they would cancel it and send a refund. So I went to work with no dinner with no option to buy any through the night either. I also stated I was happy they’ve given me someone else’s data and mine to someone else in this day and age. As data handlers they should be more careful. So I left it for a couple of days got in touch with food hub who do the online orders to say I haven’t had the refund. They were really good said they were disgusted with flames and they way they dealt with it. I rang flames myself and said look I think you should give me a free take away as an apology for one messing up my order and then saying it’ll be there in ten and it wasn’t and for sharing my data with someone else also the fact I had no dinner that night. There reply was no we apologise that’s it. I said well if you want to be like that I’ll just go elsewhere. They said go elsewhere we’re not bothered. So after years of using flames once or twice a week I’m no longer using this take away.

Went in not sure what to have, decided on chicken Balti, egg pilau rice and garlic Nan and my days we were not disappointed. It was the best curry we’ve had in a long time. We also tried the peri peri chicken and they were amazing. Service: Take out Meal type: Other
Ordered online, pizza did not turn up and we rang up to query this. “We have just ordered through Uber eats and the pizza hasn’t been delivered” is what we said. The guy on the phone said it had been left behind by mistake and it would be out within 5 minutes. We waited another 20 minutes before ringing again as the pizza still hadn’t turned up, the guy on the other line apologised and explained that the pizza had been delivered to the wrong address. He instructed us to wait a further 10 minutes. We waited another 25 minutes before ringing again as it still hadn’t turned up. The guy on the other line said that the delivery was outside and to go collect it. When we opened the door, delivery man was there but no pizza. The delivery man started to get aggy and claimed that he had already delivered. We rang the restaurant for a final time and this time, the person on the other line got verbally abusive. He claimed we were trying to rip him off and he screamed down the phone saying that we had lied and we were not allowed to order from there again. This left my boyfriends stepmum in tears over this as she hates confrontation and she felt extremely hurt and violated. Honestly will never order from here again.
