Mamma Mia Pizzeria And Takeaway

It's a typical chip shop that I've visited a few times over the years. It's been in Newcastle for many years now. While the food isn't the best, it does offer something different from the usual fast food options.

The restaurant's quality has declined compared to my previous visits. I'm giving it a score of 1 for both the food and service, and the atmosphere also deserves a rating of 1.

The focus at this restaurant seems to be more on making sales rather than providing good customer service or exercising common sense. It was incredibly frustrating when I ordered pizza with chips for dipping and later asked for some mayo. I was informed, "We’re sorry, but we don’t have mayo in individual packets; we only have it in a large tube." I thought, "Okay, cool! Can I have a small amount then?" To my surprise, they replied again, "No, we only have mayo in a big tub." I explained that I didn't want the entire tub, just a little bit for my chips. But they insisted, "Yes, but we only have a large tub." Sometimes it's better not to engage in a pointless argument, so I decided to let it go and made a mental note to never return. There are plenty of pizzerias within a mile that offer better deals and service.

Sometimes, the classics truly shine; the food here is consistently excellent.

Very poor staff and everything we asked for we just got we are due to close we don’t have any, this was 40 minutes before they were due to close
