Shera Indian Fast Food Takeaway

I recently called to place an order at this restaurant and was met with a disrespectful, rude, and arrogant employee who continuously made inappropriate comments towards me. I was appalled by their behavior! All I wanted to do was order a takeaway, but the employee refused to let me speak. It was a disappointing experience.

I will never order from this restaurant again! We waited almost 2 hours for our food, it arrived cold, the delivery driver went to the wrong address, and was very rude and arrogant when they finally showed up. The customer service was really poor.

We recently relocated to Wallsend and we are completely in love with this restaurant. The food is amazing, delicious, and generously portioned. It has become our favorite place for takeout.

Delivery was quick food was hot and very good very tasty it's the first time from here will be ordering again

Waited an hour and a half for our food on deliveroo and it never showed up. They said it had been delivered but it wasn’t. Didn’t offer anything for the bad service.
