Pizza Mozzarella - Newcastle upon Tyne

First time for pizzas. I have to say they are the best I’ve tasted. Ordered collected in around 15 mins. 100% nicer than Domino’s Papa Johns, half the price. Base was perfect, loads of topping on the Barbecue Chicken, Garlic Bread Pizza with extra cheese was delicious. Chips were chunky dry, not oily. This will now be my go to pizza shop.

Chips were missing. Rang them up and they said the lady that put the order up said she definitely put them in. So basically told me I was lying and trying to rip them off for a £2.20 portion of chips! I have been a regular and loyal customer for around 10 years. I started using this takeaway when it first opened and it was called Pizza Gonnen. Stuck with them for a long time and I order every Saturday and my order is always around £43. Sometimes even order through the week too! I will never order from this takeaway again after this. Treating a regular loyal customer like this. There loss of around €200 per month. Will use a different takeaway from now on. Absolutely disgusted.

Very poor experience arranged delivery driver very polite but food stone cold sent back and got money back ,they used to be very good but the quality of the food is not what it used to be was told the food would be re-made but it arrived reheated and soggy ,i have used them for over 20 years not any more

After being on stand by all day and ordering from yourselves, not the first time I may add. I waited an hour for delivery which came wrong then a further 45-50 minutes for the rest of my items delivered. Which was cold and had to be reheated, what’s the point?? In my opinion this was stingy, poor and disgusting amount. The delivery driver couldn’t fault him, however yourselves, embarrassing.

Called in yesterday for a family pizza offer and firstly the atmosphere was friendly, the staff very polite and most of all the meal superb... I’ve come here a few times now and it’s my favourite place for great food and excellent customer service See you soon
