Nineteen Clayton Road

My partner and I were searching for breakfast in Jesmond early one Saturday morning, but everywhere seemed to be closed at 8am. However, Café Nineteen showed compassion and opened their doors for us, despite not officially being open yet. The young man working there was kind enough to serve us as he prepared for the day. The café prides itself on using organic produce, and we were pleased to see a variety of breakfast options available. We enjoyed a delightful scrambled eggs with spinach dish and a bacon sandwich on artisan wholemeal bread, both of which were delicious. We also had a refreshing cup of tea to accompany our meal. The service was attentive and the setting was charming, making for a pleasant dining experience.
