Mcdonald's - Newcastle upon Tyne

Getting worse, I've been in and they have had no bacon before, hot chocolates been disgusting, I've had fatty bacon, no medallion bit just fatty end and just recently for last few days no diet coke or orange juice unreal

Tables and condiments areas were dirty and outdated. Seats had left over food on them. Screens were dirty to order food on. Floors were dirty

This establishment is full of ignorant and lazy workers who can’t do the job they’re getting paid to do. My girlfriend and I went in on the 1st February at approximately 3am and it took a whole hour to get out because the service was so poor! We had to wait 35+ minutes for a simple order of 2 to 3 items. This establishment is a joke… Once we asked politely for a refund they blatantly ignored us and used offensive language to harm us. I will not stand for this nonsense. The McDonald franchise should be ashamed of the franchisee who runs this establishment. I want a refund instantaneously.

Complete and utter joke. Placed an order and had to wait 30 mins, to which when the food was given, we asked for compensation. The colleague asked if we wanted a refund/to speak to the manager, to which we agreed. We then saw him go to the back and start whisper and giggle to others, resulting in another co worker coming up to us saying you either give the food back or you receive nothing. When me and my partner said this was unacceptable as had previously had been told something could be sorted out, he chose to ignore us and walk away. Disgusting customer service, will never be going again don’t waste your time!

The most depressing place to be. Big Mac meal was barely warm, fries were ok and the coffee was not coffee as we know it. The students and visitors from abroad seem to be the main customers. Not a great place to eat. I would rather stand in the rain and eat crisps than go into this place again.
