Marshall Fish Chips

I arrived at 6:45pm on a Tuesday for a takeout fish and chip dinner but was told the restaurant was closed. I had checked their website before leaving home, which indicated they closed at 8:30pm. I walked 1.5 miles in freezing weather only to be turned away. When I pointed out the discrepancy in closing times, I was told that it varies during winter months. I suggested they update their website or stick to the posted hours. I was disappointed by the poor service and indifferent staff and do not plan to return.

This is hands down the best fish and chips I have ever had. The dish was absolutely beautiful and the portion size was generous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend trying the haddock, as whatever cooking method they are using, please do not change it.

My friend and I enjoyed delicious fish and chips at this restaurant. We had a great catch up while sitting in the warm and cozy atmosphere. It was unfortunate that there was no music playing. I would like to suggest to the management to check on their counter staff as they seem to handle a lot of negative feedback from customers. I feel sorry for them, as they are just young girls doing their job.

Lge skinless haddock was absolutely gorgeous can recommend no probs friendly staff nice coffee 1st class
