It was made with white chocolate, which added an extra special touch, and had the perfect balance of coffee. They also offer my all-time favorite toasted sandwich on their menu: a bagel with bacon, cranberry sauce, and brie. I will definitely be returning soon.
Man was very nice although the coffee was undrinkable as it was very sour and bitter. I couldn't believe the price of soft drinks (around £2.50 for small glass of coke). It was also completely dead and had no atmosphere. Perhaps shaving the prices in such a student part of town would help to bring people in.
Amazing little place tucked away under the hairdresser easy to miss but you'll never forgot it. We called in for breakfast, great service lovely warm bagels and great coffee served with a smile. Forgot the chains pop here and you'll find a gem like we did.
We came here for a tea, coffee and two scones. The scones seemed to be from a packet, warmed with butter. With a cost in excess of £2.50 each, I'd have expected some jam at least. The latte was good and the tea was nice if you prefer loose leaf tea. But again the prices were astronomical far more than I've ever paid even with a London mark up, and we're not in London! The place has no atmosphere really and if you have normal sized legs don't go for the sofas as you'll not fit your legs past the table.
We called in as it was on the route we were taking to get back to The Haymarket. We found the place empty at around 3.30pm and had a choice of comfortable seats in pleasant surroundings. The coffee and tea we ordered was excellent and the bagels superb (really nice quality, chewy bagels, not deck quoits like some places serve). We'll definitely call again after our bill for two drinks and two quality, well filled bagels was a little over £12 and we thought very reasonable.
